Held at The ExCel Arena in London, Bett 2015 was opened on Wednesday 21st January 2015 by Secretary of State for Education and Minister for Women and Equalities Rt Hon Nicky Morgan MP and will end on Saturday 24th January 2015.

As the Founder and CEO of a growing start-up, I often find myself reading articles written by ‘experts’ that tell me I should only be offering jobs to A-players. Most recently, I heard this wisdom coming from Laszlo Bock, Senior Vice President of People Operations at Google. As Bock puts it, companies that are hiring should “set a high bar for quality, and never compromise.” Now, whilst I would love to reserve all of the vacancies my business creates until the perfect candidate walks through the door, reality somehow keeps getting the better of me.Read more
