Career Kickstarter

The best recruitment process for businesses to meet and hire young talent.

A structured event where you have the opportunity to meet pre-screened and trained young people face to face. The entire process is free of CVs. Instead, we encourage you to assess each candidate based on their #EEWAP. Skills, aptitude and cultural fit are assessed at work trials, which are coordinated by an experienced LDN Group Talent Manager; replacing traditional job interviews.

Digital Apprenticeships for 16-23s

We deliver Business and Tech Apprenticeships with digital skills at their core.

Alongside training for a particular job function, Apprentices learn to use digital technologies to be more productive, adding value and driving innovation in the company where they are employed. Pathways are available to suit almost any entry level office-based role, from Sales to Software Development.

Learning Partners

Coaching, Support and Soft Skills

Structured guidance and attention which develops the soft skills required for the start of a successful career.

Our qualified and experienced skills coaches provide high-impact coaching, support, and guidance to each Apprentice. A structured programme of monthly one-to-one reviews and off-the-job training, together with educational extra-curricular activities gives apprentices access to a network which will form the foundation of their career.
